Ok, this is getting kinda absurd, I deleted contacts 3 days ago and chat is again disconnecting and messing up.

Now chat is totally gone, there is no button.

I have many customers and unable to speak to them, so what now?

Gonna rewrite the message preloading. Its taking 5-6 seconds to load all your contacts, and the wait + rendering it = disconnect

@Dave84311 Can you do something for me as well haven't been able to use IM for a bit and I have some customers I can't do orders for.

Suddenly can't connect to IM for the past 4-5 days or so. Been worse since yesterday. Before I could connect for some hours, but since yesterday totally can't connect at all. Keeps saying I'm connected somewhere else, but this is the only device/browser I'm logged in on, and the only tab that I have MPGH open. Tried reconnecting like 30 times but still can't connect to IM. Also has my status online ( green star ) on profile.

7 days has passed since IM doesnt work for me...

3 days now no IM can you please allow outside communication IM has been shitty for over a year now.

1-change the password
2-try vpn

hopefully after several attempts I can connect. But it is "impossible" to continue using.

Please consider external messaging if they do not have time to provide the corresponding support to imchat.
