How I fooled my entire country with inspect element

So what had happened was it was supposed to be a joke between me and this girl, what i did was i grabbed a post from one of my countries social media outlets, changed the picture of the post to mine and made a statement saying I had killed myself. I screenshot the post i used with inspect element, sent it to my friend, and uk what happened there. So My dumbass said hey let me show more of my friends this. So i posted it on my status and some asshole went and sent it around when i made it clear on the status it was a joke but nope. Now few hours later friends messaging me asking if im dead or not, teachers calling my mom, house phone ringing off, by tomorrow morning basically the entire country saw the fake post. It came up on different news outlets saying they contacted the police showing there were no reports of a suicide attempt etc. Now my ass had to explain everything to everyone individually, surprisingly, everyone understood why i did it and was cool about it, and i mean the hundreds of people that messaged me was cool about it. Honestly at the end of all this i still can't believe i tricked my entire country with just inspect element alone. I ended up being forced to take a 3 week therapy from my school but hey least it's over now. And now that girl doesn't talk to me anyone who i really loved.......still heartbroken to this day, oh and this was last in march btw.
