That's correct, 15 posts should be fairly easy to do without spamming. Just take part in general section threads and discussions in the sections you find interest in, be sure to not to post on very old threads.

PMs have a 15 post restriction. However, it's to be noted that you cannot PM directly right after reaching 15 posts. You'll need to wait for the site to update you with the Member Lvl 1 rank since that's where the PM permission comes from.

Alternatively, you can donate $25 USD for Premium Member and bypass this restriction.
