In my Mod:

Model in the shop and in the game (meh)
Sound (im not sure but the silencer sound decrease dmg and ROF + less recoil)
texture (don't work HELP!!)
Readme file for half Choob

This mod do:

Better ROF
Better Reload time (maybe)

IMPORTANT

[WITH SILENCER]Before injecting rename Silenced.wav to FIRE.wav (and delete the other fire.wav)
[Without silencer] Delete the silenced .wav
Before injecting the sound files you must choose the location! (the 2e)

You could edit the textures of the m16 in GUNS_T_HH.rez... anyways it does not look very good but faster RoF is nice, so GJ.
