opera gx and brave are good alternatives, i've been using gx mostly for the pop up video thing it has but it also has many other features that could make people opt over chrome

can you not actually use chrome extensions on opera? Pretty sure there is an extensions on opera called "Install Chrome Extensions" which basically transfers the chrome extension to opera.

Are you using GX with multiple screens?
Everytime I dragged a tab from one screen to another it would create a new window like it should. But if I closed either window, the other one would close aswell.
Do you know how to fix that? I googled it but couldn't get any answers and support isn't helping either.

Yeah you can use Chrome extensions on Opera, there's an option for that

I tried this too. It only happens when I use one window on each screen. If I use both windows on the same screen it doesn't close both but only the one I wanted to close. It's just weird.

IDK how I feel about trying anything Opera to be honest. It has always been trash. I value security too, don't think I'm brave enough for Brave.
