Made my first YouTube channel!

Hope you're all doing well! Has been awhile since I've been on here.. busy with life and all of the other mess going on in the world.

Anyway - I finally made a YouTube channel to share my adventures with and going to do some reviews on my gear and all of that fun stuff. Not sure whoever is into backpacking or just enjoys nature and scenic views - but i would HIGHLY appreciate anyone subscribing to my channel!

I posted a short clip of my last weekend backpacking trip. Check it out! Any tips or anything on how to get a channel up and running more efficiently would be awesome!

@dave - heading to Idaho to do the Petitt & Toxaway lake loop! Just purchased a drone and excited to start getting some awesome footage and practicing with different types of shots.

Yeah.. quality looks crap in some because my phone has a steady hand mode and it seems if I move too fast while recording during that it comes out a bit weird. Learning experience though.

I literally just made a short clip to put on the channel while I mix up my other things. Live and learn. Its going to be different once I get my drone and whatnot. No music during standard things and revealing/display will have music. Excited to start trying it out.

If you still have the chance to return it, do it and buy the new mavic air.
Its more expensive but it worth the money. Trust me.

Thanks brother I appreciate it! The footage looked MUCH better on my phone before uploading to YouTube. YouTube really fucks with newcomers on their quality they give them. Kind of sucks but not much I can do about it :/ I appreciate the support. That's why I'm going to make this channel and try to make something out of it. Yeah i was going to. But the mavic mini is PERFECT for what I need it for (small and light). Will pack down to the size of my phone. I'll be able to capture some great content with it. One thing I've learned.. its not what you have - its what you do with it.

Though.. I would love to have purchased that one. Time will tell. I can always sell this one and upgrade if need be. But I think i will be fine!

It was amazing. This August trip is going to be insane. I wisj YouTube didn't destroy the quality on that video. They really do make it difficult for new uploaders.

My drone just came in today - gonna hit a practice run tomorrow and see how she holds up. I promise I have some killer content in the mix! Excited to get better at this. I appreciate all the love.
