If police will get to the point they beg somebody to show his IDs and will be afraid of people getting frustrated for whatever stupid reason thats fucked up.
Not a racist or smth but the guy intentionally argued so he can say on camera he is being harassed.

You do realize he wasn't giving the police a hard time. He was asking them why he was a suspect. He argued with them about reasonable suspicion and his belief that they based it on the color of his skin. They arrested him, then released him after realizing they had the wrong guy.

He knew his rights.

idk about the video OP posted but in some states it is required for the people to identify themselves when asked by a cop in situations where they think either a crime is happening / has happened / will happen.
