    Osu! multi account

    So yea, peppy restricted my account, cuz of multi account. so i tried to make a new account again and still getting restricted can anyone help me?
    also i tried all the bypass and other stuff, still doesnt work.
    do the reinstall the windows os, and wipe the hhd work?
