So I’ve had a problem with porn probably since I was about 13 or 14. This extends all the way until now, as I’m 21. Age 20-21 I started being more aware of how destructive it is, and even though I was only using it 1-2 times a month it was a noticeable difference to when I was and wasn’t using it. So I knew the only option was to cut it out of my life entirely.
I’m probably going on month 2-3 now, not even sure but I know it’s one of the longest cuts I’ve ever done. The cravings are getting bad, and it might be because I’ve been in cold-turkey no nicotine for the past 6 days. Any suggestions on what to do to stop the urges? I’ve considered my options. Working out is probably the best one. Problem is, is that the worst it gets is right before I’m going to sleep. You guys that watch Porn every night, it’s probably fine, it just isn’t very good for people who either have an addictive personality or don’t get girls. I am both!

As someone who has had many addictions, I would recommend reading/writing. It can help keep your mind occupied and not let you think of the things you crave.

imo It will create a positive outlook on having sex rather than sulking in the dark alone with your hand plus you'd also have someone in your life you can be intimate and affectionate with even though they're gonna fuck you over at some point.
