Nah. You can do stuff that changes what it looks like. I have something that makes Windows look like Macintosh.

Be sure to make a back-up and save your computer serial code. Reboot your pc and press f11 and the setup screen.

yea it's either TuneUp, Windows Blinds or IconPackager
my netbook has custom icons but a zune xp theme
my desktop has my own custom icons and switches between SlanXP and Windows 7 Themes
