Redoing the .Rez mods Section?

Quite literally, the .Rez mods section is... Drowning in its own topics. I had to go through 3 pages to find a single topic posted a day ago. Why not copy other sites, and have all mod creators at least have to post all their mods in one thread, instead of having a spam of say, 30 different mods (and threads )? It would be nice to have this implemented for a cleaner section.

P.S. Please, someone make a rule against renaming files! I seen somebody make a "complex" mod, say the textures are their own, and that everything was created by /me. Then I look and see that everything is Nexon's gun, renamed.

I'd say have an application thread for people to apply to be able to post mods, so we don't get the Smexy, Sexy that, Awesome Something repeated over and over and over again... Or, have every mod based on the "Requests" section, and that if a mod is requested and gets a certain amount of thanks, someone can mod it and post it up.

I think that every thread has to have a poll for either "Delete" or "Keep" and we can vote on it. If it has more "Deletes" then "Keeps" in the first day, then its gone.
