I was told they could buy 20k ZP have 2 payment transaction ID's and get my account from that ?

1. There was rumored to be Account stealer programs in which A user with only a Login ID and password could take an account however this is unclear.

2. A user can indeed open up a support ticket and by providing enough information (As you said Transaction IDs) Could have your E-mail and Security Question changed.

The only two roadblocks for them is this;

- Your IP Address is different than theirs
- They would need to open this from your account, Z8Games does not allow "Friends" to send in tickets for each other.

Okay so if i were to change all my info right now, and buy 2 ZP's for trnsactions id's they couldn't hack me ?!?!

No, This is highly unlikely as they will not have your IP Address
They will not be able to send a ticket from anywhere but your account
They would need to know a lot of information it is highly unlikely.


If you do not know the user who has been in your account you may have been hacked or keylogged.

1. Run a virus scan on your computer, thoroughly!

2. Contact Z8games about suspicious activity in your account.
Provide full details to them As I stated above

Transaction IDs
Account Information
IP Address

Let Z8games know you may be a victim of hacking.

They dont need info (I mean security questions...) to change email...
