Most Complicated Way to Get 99 Construction Free

• First off, I'd start off blowing the small price of 5Mil to get to 72, just because it's easier, but from there, it'll be totally free.
  
  
• Start off by buying 50,000 oak logs, that'll be about 1,850,000gp. (Prices apply to when I did it, not current.)
  
  
• Then, simply just make all 50,000 oak logs into planks at the expense of 250gp each. Thus resulting in the spending of about 12,500,000gp.
  
  
• You're currently only in the hole 14,350,000gp. Now you're probably wondering, how does this make getting 99 construction free?
  
  
• Well here comes the bad part, go to the GE, and resell 40,000/50,000 of the planks. For roughly 15,600,000gp(Assuming the price is 390gp/ea)
  
  
• So let's back track, you spend 14.35m to get the oaks logs and turn them to planks. Then you sell 4/5 of the planks back for 15.6m.
  
  
• So current status report: +1,250,000gp and 10,000 planks.
  
  
• Now just repeat approximately 18 times, in order to get about 180k oak planks in order to get from 70-99.
  
  
• In the end you make about 22,500,000gp and you get a 99.
  
• Now getting 22m from a skill that normally takes about 75m to get 99 isn't so bad now is it.

So about 900 hours.

However you can cut down this time a lot by keeping more then 10k planks each time. But it will lower the income overall

You can actually keep 13k planks each time but it lowers the income to almost nothing.
