Give us more exact specs. Which i7? Which mobo / chipset? What kind of ram? In all honesty I doubt this is worth much more than 500-600ish TOPS, especially if its used.

That's a scam, don't buy it. AM3 mobo + Intel CPU ... fp to the max. If you're trolling ... well, this is when it ends. If you're not, that won't work and its def a scam. Either way case closed.
