First off to get to the endgame, you have to repeat the game 3 times.
The most ********king thing IN THE GAME is the auction house.
(that means outside of blizzard nerfing classes ALREADY because they "gain an advantage" in a single player game)
Auction house.........ruins the game.
The ENTIRE game is all built towards an auction house that will go "real money" soon and make blizzard millions.
1. Kiting and running away for every magic mob(3rd on power 2nd is elites 1st is bosses)+ This applies to EVERY class, even barbarians.
-Even with the absolute BEST gear for EVERY slot, you still have to kite.
-Melee classes suffer tremendously due to the lack of range and mobs standing in lava/poison pools.
2. Gear from the auction house.
-Let me explain drop rates first. Because drop rates SUCK.
Lets say an item drops here are the chances that it is useful to you:
First you got class specific items. If you play a Monk you can still get barbarian items and such.
Second you get stats. For some STUPID reason blizzard doesn't understand stats for class specific items. Barbarians get intellect drops and wizzards get strength.
Third there is just stupid stats, since im here let me list them:
Experience per kill. Stupid. You need 2mil at 59 to get to 60. Getting 20 more per kill is fucking STUPID.
-This also goes double for experience stats on lvl 60(max lvl) gear.
Life % back per damage.
-Because there is gear with life ON HIT with more than TRIPLE the amount in %.
Gold drop increased %
-Stupid because its only a small amount even on large gold drops.
Magical item chance increased %
-Since only magic mobs drop magic items its a stupid stat simply because they ALWAYS drop shit. Not only that the % is so stupid because at 100% you still won't get drops on some mobs.
Cold/frost/fire resistance.
-Only monks benifit from one singular stat as they have a perk that allows them to apply it to everything. Everyone else just uses "all resistance" stat.
Now lets get to the auction house:
1. It provides you with better gear for gold.
2. The only way to obtain better gear is to grind for HOURS for what the gold grind is for half an hour.
-Even then loot drops may or might not benifit you at all or be an upgrade.
3.With real money, i bet blizz will put a "tax" on the sales and take some of the money for themselves.
4. With real money it will also make all gold pointless. I.E. goldfarmers ahoy!
5. Inferno is impossible to beat without the AH and as such the AH is the only way to beat the game.
Meaning grinding>skill.
I still have fun, but yeah, all that's true.
"I can do all the children" -Blitz
The real money auction house is a "test" to try and solve a problem all MMOs have ever had. (Not calling D3 an MMO, but it's a test). Which is, goldfarmers. Blizzard is basically saying: Since you guys will pay goldfarmers over these untrustworthy sites where you might get ripped off to break the rules of the game to get you gold and etc, why don't we just do that instead in a more balanced, regulated, secure way. I agree it is kind of lame but, it's a "test" towards a better MMO future, so I don't think it's that bad.
Everything else you said is kind of true, but it's still a fun game to play. =D (Especially since I got it for free with my WoW annual pass! ^_^)
Endgame is going to be PvP based post-PvP patch, since that's where a ton of appeal is for Diablo players.
You are fucking right, i got so tired of it.
Well, it doesn't sound like it is worth buying if it sucks when you've played a lot...
The lines in my Steam are i's
good to know was actually thinking of picking it up, now after reading what you said it doesn't seem worth the money
@Time , how could you get tired of it, you said specifically on msn , your computer doesnt meet requirments it needs...
A lot of your info is pretty incorrect, but I will agree it got old really fast. The legendaries are absolute shit, with normal blue items being three times as good at max level.
Honestly, I just hope they put in a patch that puts in more interesting stats and buffs legendaries. Other than that, I guess I'm just ganna wait for the PvP patch.

1) Auction houses to tend to do that. That's kind of the entire point.
2) It's all based on luck of the drop. Just because you didn't get a good item doesn't mean no one else is. The auction house is FULL of them, so obviously someone is getting them.
3) Yeah, they've said this the entire time and have never denied it. We've known they would take a cut for a long time, there's nothing wrong with it, it's THEIR intellectual property. You agreed to the Terms of Service, you really have no right to bitch. No offense.
4) That doesn't really make sense. If gold is pointless, then why would there be goldfarmers. That doesn't really make sense.
5) Diablo has always been about getting the BEST gear. That's the whole point. The AH just speeds up the process. It's not like in Diablo 2 people were beating Hell mode in the second week of release. They needed better gear.
6) Diablo has always been like that. If you didn't know that when you bought the game, then I'm sorry, but the first two were the exact same way. The games have always valued gear over skill. That's the whole draw to keep playing, the "hunt" for better gear.

Blizzard removed all of the things that made people grind diablo 2. I hope the people responsible get out of the industry.
I didn't care enough to even finish the story once, tbh.
I was planning on reinstalling it after I reformatted, but honestly I've just forgotten about it now.
diablo 3 sucks atm,dissapointing....
If Diablo 3 sucks, so which is better? those crappy browser games? or pay to win MMO Games? I am not a big fan of diablo series, but I do like Diablo 3 although it is something expansive. It is rewarding.
The only thing I hate about D3 is the cartoonish graphics, and the fact that you can't add skill points individually and stat points individually. They made it WAYYYY too much like WoW.
