Yes u can decompile, with some tools i too tried that, i cant decompile anything, hw u did that? maybe the tool name pls? will be helpful to get another's email and accounts from that, but u can protect that phishers from being decompiled like this.

U can see the code of phishers where the email and passwords are located from some tools
Yes the email can be hacked, or logged in and steal good ones
