3. Click on Project>Add existing item>ReadWritingMemory.vb (wherever you extracted to)
4. Put a button anywhere you want. Then double click it.
5. Type this code in. (no skidding please)
6. Then debug the client and run any source engine game and it will work on any server.
Explaining:
The "hl2" part is the process name. The part where there there's a "&H...." is the address name of cheat. Can be found by using cheat engine. Last, the "1" part tell the console to activate this command.

lag comp works pretty well, i can deal with most 1v1 better compared to not running anything
