It's about how others people see you, they are the ones who are to suggest with a reason.

I haven't suggested myself, because it's not about what you want/thing you should get.
Let the people choose, and let Dave select the winners.


(Even if I want to get TM, I don't think I should get it because I want it. But because people trust me, and have suggested me because they feel for it...)
