Lower the opacity of the scan lines on the side.
Also the render doesn't blend very well.

Just the render and text dont blend at all.

Background is nice, maybe add a clipping mask and get rid of the scanlines. Text is horrible, and doesn't match the piece at all, change the colour to suit the signature. No real flow or lighting. I think with a different render, and some time spent on it, that could be turned into a decent sig.
