iwd/sum name mismatch
i keep getting that error whenever i try to make a private server but i dont know what it means please EXPLAIN AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE
Simply put, you have a different IWD file (Which are the files that stores the game) from what a server requests of you. It has an invalid hash and thus the server/game rejects it.
YOUR IWD FILES ARE CURRUPTED. DOWNLOAD THE GAME AGAIN.
Or the game is using a different IWD file.
