RS won't load

So, i recently tried to go on the webclient to re-join 07scape, and i found out that the client doesn't work. I click "play now" and the loading thing, like there is a few dots making a circle and glow yellow. I keep getting stuck there, it suddenly stops after 4-5 glows.

Some people told me my it was my Java, but i let my webclient there for a while, and the screen got black.

Any suggestions?

Try updating your java as your friends have said.

I updated to Java U7V21, then this happened. I tried to reinstall but nothing worked.
