Kabam, Read forums, cba to explain there exact forums, but the RWT sites are the reason they put out t12s/t6s/t13s/t5s...... RoTMG players were buying from RWT sites and getting scammed so Kabam added the high tiered items so players wouldnt get scammed any more.
