Getting into ROTMG

So, I started playing this game and I quite like it. But I need some help. I don't know the items to look out for, what to do, where to go etc. I was hoping some nice soul would help me out over Skype

When I started playing, the first thing I did (after trying it for few hours) was that I read the wiki to learn the basics.

Read the RealmEye wiki.

Other than that, the game play is very intuitive. As a new player, you should be looking out for higher tier items for the class you are playing. Store any other relatively high tier items in your vault. If you find any good UT items, try not to use them until a week or two of playing.

Erhm, what exactly are UT items?

UT = Untiered

UT items are also untradeable, which means that currently, you can only get them via drop. These items also tend to be pretty good. Some are even better than top tier equipment.

In general, boss/quest monsters. There are some exceptions, which would be the case for bone daggers and sprite wands, which can drop from lower leveled minions.
