I may be wrong but those VPNS have had a lot of negative feedback, regarding filtering and logging of your usages...

VPNGate's pretty risky considering the fact that it can be blocked by most firewalls as they release the IPs out to the public.

I haven't had any problem with them, in the 6 months that I've used them.
