What should I do all day and what should I eat? I'm in pain and I've slept so much I can't sleep anymore.

I've been sleeping and I've been downing orange juice non-stop, so.
I played a couple games of halo and my head just wouldn't stop throbbing so that's not an option.

Also besides DayQuil and NiQuil what are some over the counter flu meds that are really good?

Plenty of rest. Drink clear fluids like water, sports drinking and fluids with electrolytes so you don't get dehydrated. Gargle salt water. If you have a dehumidifier laying around your house, put that in your room. Some good OTC pills are Advil, Sudafed Triple Action. If you have a sore throat, fever, headache or muscle aches, Motrin is really good for that. If you want something that does 1 of everything, Tylenol Complete Cold, cough and flu is fantastic. I hope this helps! And next time, get the flu shot if you didn't.

If you are having pain from touching stuff like body pain, take 800 mg of ibuprofen and 400 mg of Tylenol. Should help the pain, get well soon man.
