So i met a guy on ebay to buy Katowice pin for 150 bucks for 4 and he told me that if I bought through ebay he would have to wait 21 days so I sent it manuel on paypal with a credit card, this kid prob scammed me so how would this chargeback shit work.

You're going to have to tell your mom that you got scammed cause you're a dumbass and she will have to call her credit card company and tell them she didn't authorize the payment, and you will probably get grounded.
