Kevo's right. Time travel doesn't exist. Time travel would mean, that there is a Different version of yourself, existing at every moment in time, which is quite idiotic to believe.

science as we know it is limited to our weak grasp of concepts and notions. what we understand about physics (somewhat) comes within the past several hundred years so imagine what we will know in the next several hundred.

Indeed true, however if someone wants to orbit something extremely dense with the aim of time travelling, they would need to travel at the speed of light, or, maybe even faster, to alter time space.

When it comes to the speed of light, currently, it is impossible. It is even hard to imagine it happening in the future as well. In order for us to travel at the speed of light, we will need a tremendous amount of energy. The amount of energy that powers the lights and electronics in the world is not even enough. It gets even more complicated when we talk about the specifics. For example, if we are at 90% the speed of light but we want to go up a notch to 91%, that, in itself, is a great amount of energy. If we keep going and try to go from 93% to 94% the speed of light, that's even more energy.We need a lot of energy. We need energy equivalent to infinity.

The possibility of time travel is definitely not overruled. Theoretically, it is possible, and if we had an infinite abundance of energy, powerful materials that prevent vehicles in space from crashing and burning at high speeds, and if we solve all the other problems related to time travel, then of course, it can happen.

In essence, the future holds all of the answers.
