If you hacked like 4 games ago but then deleted all hack fles off your computer and never hacked again could you still get VAC'd?

Yes but only in rare cases is it a delayed VAC, you should be fine, what hacks did you use?
i didnt get delayed vac from EZfrags
if youre thinking about skins, never put any skins of value on a hacking account, theres ALWAYS a slight risk of getting VAC, albeit tiny but you dont wanna waste money

It is EXTREMELY unlikely that you will get banned, like 3% chance but its still there...
vac doesnt ban your for downloading a hack :O
