How do you update or change hack sig?

How do you update or change hack sig? Do you just add junk code? Or encrypt it with a obfuscator, Sorry I just need a better understatement of this, like lets say your hack gets detected, how would you go about changing the sig so its back to undetected? BTW, Im working on a external c++ triggerbot, but i want to know what im getting into if i release it. I didnt copy paste so dont say "If it truly was your hack you would know where to start, blah blah blah." lol.

You need to rewrite hack to change signature.
