As of 1.28 - the Moneygun is a guaranteed ban! Downgrade to 1.24 to use it!
New things/More details:
Speedo is now toggled - it's off by default, but you can turn it on/off whenever you want now instead of having it on all the time. As long as you keep the file names the same (including extension), you can customise the texture how you see fit. You still need it in the directory though (even if you don't intend to use it) otherwise your game will crash.
Fixed up the particle effects. All the ones listed in the list now work (might add more if I find any more working ones).
Implemented an Online bypass for cars! Cars (should) now spawn properly online. Tends to bleed into other menus, so if you have another menu which doesn't spawn cars properly, using it with this one will make it work.
There's now Recovery submenus for both slots! You can now set level, unlock awards etc on both character slots. As always, MP0 is the first slot, MP1 is the second.
Teleporting has been given a Star Trek-esque "beam me up" particle effect.
Bugs:
Delete bodyguards still doesn't work. No idea either.
2 Billion armour sometimes works, other times doesn't. It's hit and miss. Same with fireworks.
Menu includes a vast array of mods including:
Player Mods!
- Heal Player
- No Ragdoll
- No Wanted level
- God mode - with proofs to prevent invididual damage
- Infinite Ammo

- Clone player (just a model. No other purpose)

- Spectate players - in keeping with my "no griefing" policy, is the only option for lobbies.

- Money gun - randomises each money bag (between $25k and $40k) to help prevent money drop patterns
- Set level (pre defined)

- Car God Mode
- Spawner (does not work online properly at the moment - cars are invisable to others)

- Super Grip
- Vehicle Collision - best used with super grip to prevent falling out of the world
- Analogue Speedometer - code courtesy of Alexander Blade. Non Toggleable (at the moment).

There's still more to enjoy. If I documented all the features, this post would be huge!
Known Bugs:
- Speedo cannot be toggled off (at the moment).
- 2 Billion Armour + fireworks don't work but snacks do.
- Only Clownsmoke works for particle loops (so far).
- God Mode randomly turns off when spawning vehicles. No idea why it does this. Toggling it off and back on again works.
- Not all vehicles can be spawned (yet) - spawning them Online makes them invisible to others. I've got the bypass required however.
- Trevor's IPL requires the correct coordinate (which I don't have) as that interior is in "heaven"
- Fire bodyguards doesn't fire them properly.
- Give all weapons removes the Musket and Knuckledusters (requires the weapon hash to fix).
- Spectating a player while in your apartment can lead to the apartment unloading and you falling to your death. Doing it on the 400k roof however will be fine.
For the Speedo to appear- you require the PNGs included. If you don't want the speedo, you can try and delete them but there's no guarantees that the game will be stable while using this mod menu!
This menu is still being developed - so don't expect a highly polished mod! Updates will be released incrementally!
