PayPay Chargeback?

I was wondering about how to prevent PayPal chargebacks. Basically, if it is possible, could someone please let me know how? I've thought a couple solutions to myself, but I never really tested it before.

First of all, if I received $5 in PayPal cash from a scammer that was going to chargeback... can I prevent that by paying the $5 to another PayPal account of mine? That way, the balance would no longer be in the account the person payed the money to.

If anyone could clarify this for me, I would be grateful.

If you move it to another account then you will end up with a negative balance in that PayPal when it is chargedback so that's not the best of ideas.

Just make a paypal account with fake info then move it onto the other paypal account so when they make you go negative it is on a fake identity.

1)Don't trade with untrusted people and if you are given a offer thats too good to be true they'll probably chargeback...
2)Also make sure they money send through PayPal is not through a credit card but that the funds be on their paypal so there's a less chance of the dispute going through.
3)Make sure payment is always received as gift and that a note like Otter wrote is added into the payment.

There are other ways to prevent chargebacks but having a dummy paypal to send from is the best way.

Physical shipment is not required and I have received the items. I understand that this is a non-refundable transaction and will not chargeback at any time in the future.
