Oh awesome thanks now I can use paypal without the hold. I use paypal with eBay so I didn't know that :P

Just read the TOS really good and don't do anything they say not to do. And if you get charged for something stupid that you didn't do, call them

Most sales here are done by children/teens I highly douth this applies but ya that's a more complicated subject and harder to prevent

Easiest way is to make someone pay you as a "donation" since donations are non refundable
