[REQUEST] primary hat to.

Hi can someone make the primary hat into the cowboy hat and have same speed bonus?

I not sure you can do that...I know modding can make weapons lighter but I am not sure about body gear. I do not think it works the same way.

lol...i can make the reg hat look like a cowboy hat..but im not so sure about the exp bonus...ill go and do that now..

I'm pretty sure this is possible. I'd do it, but I've already tried changing the default (primary) black cap into cyclops bandana, and I couldn't find the damned cyclops files!
