There was a small update for ESL but there were no offset updates. It got everyone thinking this hack was outdated or detected but it is still undetected from what I know. That guy that posted that profile probably just doesn't know the difference between OW and Vac Ban . @manedWolf

This isn't working for me for some reason, does the .exe need to be anywhere in particular? Running it as admin after starting the game and pressing F9 does nothing.
