Just change the old address to the new one...
Replace the one part starting with 0x???????? in all those pointers

Alright, I didn't know which part of the pointer adresses changes, cheers.

I thought you could use ONE line for all three, water/lava/choc;
like:
Pointers="0x00A682D0"

Works in 80% cases for me.
Make sure you're running in Windowed mode with High details and also don't move/resize the window and run it always in foreground!
