How do I install wall hack

Quite new here. Just want to know how to do it. Would be appreciated.
PS. Both Mac and windows would be nice

Some DLL hacks you need injectors. Most available on this forum are .exe format. All you have to do is run csgo, and usually run as an administrator. Most hacks will specify if otherwise. If you have any further questions, please ask!
