Skype Issue

They don't have a phone number.. they also removed text chat live support, so now I have to email and wait like 3 days before they reply, wonderful

Well, I contacted skype support, filled some kind of form and now it says I can expect a response within 72 hours, wonderful..

I think that same someone just did it to me aswell, I have all payment info ( 1 payment only ) and basically all the info on the account, sadly, I didn't back up contacts, managed to get on live chat and just waiting..

You did not get any email from skype?

How this is done . Someone creates a new Skype account , and uses your username and your photo profile. Then he goes and spams bullshit racist things in an other Skype profile (probably his one). Then he goes to Skype support and says that this guy spammed me about racist religious things and stuff, providing pictures of the fake account that he has created with your username and photo profile . Then Skype gets you banned. Thats all.

Contacted live chat and they were as helpful as a potato.. said I had to fill a form I had already filled, bla bla bla, wait 24 hours for response
said " NO INFO OF YOUR ACCOUNT ON OUR SYSTEM " yet 1- Username was taken 2- He acknowledged I had an account so yeah
