Best screenshot program?

I had one, but it suddenly vanished from my pc. So I need a new one, which one do you guys recommend? @Austin I know you use one

I use lightshot, shame it rarely works with games though.

Downloaded both gyazo and lightshot and will see which one is better.

Puush is also good if the other two just aren't working out for ya.

I've used Gyazo, Lightshot and Sharex and Sharex is by far the best. Open source as well.
