the new patch

i got a problem maybe it's normal but when i want to put on cf
and i put start game there pop up somting and it says
' Failed to dowload version.ini. '
what i need to do ??? so i can play cf or is this normal...

..then go to the CF homepage and then click NEWS.. Then will appear some info about this patch... this patch can still from 2 till 4 HOURS>...
