*I Got A Problem*

Hello every one i got a problem
For example lets say i have don a calculator i save it.
Next day i wont to improve it i open it and just the text come up,
the design just dessapear

Double click on the form in the explorer window (On your right --->)

If that doesn't help something weird is going on
