I need someone who can verify my paypal. I am currently unable to access pending funds due to me being limited so I need this done.

What information do you need to lift the limitation off of the account?

You would need to provide your SSN as well as have a card from the company, so it's a little bit of a hassle. I just recommend not using netspend

I could verify it with a vcc and a savings account also works.
