What the fuck???

so im in a school break and theres a room that you can use computers for homework etc
and theres this 6-7th grader next to me a huge oddball, he stutters and speaks broken
Icelandic, he might have some speech problem, hes had his hands in his pants ever since
i came which was like 40 minutes ago, i check what hes been doing in hes doing in the
computer and hes watching some taekwondo x judo videos on YouTube but theres something to it
hes been rubbing his dick for 30 minutes, what the fuck? i can even see the outlines of his dick
