I just bought the USB Portable Internet (25GB). Now I wanna know will that be enough for playing games like Dota (online games) . I know it is enough for shit like facebook twitter and others...

Yeah, should be fine. Just cap yourself to about < 1 gb a day, shouldn't be an issue.

Unless you plan on playing 1 game a day at low quality, 25gb will not last you a month.
