Rez Editing Software

ok i know the title may be a little miss-leading but i was wondering if anyone could tell me what a good rez file editor is, or if you could share one with me. I really wanna try it out cause my break from school just started and it looks fun =)

my tools automatically say "has stopped working" right when i open them. it is not my AVG or any other anti virus. PLZ HALP!!!!! >:d
