Have A quick Question about .REZ editing

.....Could you do this in PAINT.net, its like a ghetto version of photshop?

Yes you can. Before, my PS wan't able to open the lith files even though the plugs were in place. So I used Dedit to export the file as a .tga. You can then open it in any photo editor. So yes, Paint.net would work. Just import it back to Dedit and convert it back as a .DTX, then convert it back to nexon.
