a good Bhop script

So I've been using MPGH cheats for a while and alot of cheats have a built in bhop script but they never ever work for me, They always say just hold space and strafe (Btw I can bhop myself pretty decently, But I just wanne have something where on a smurf I don't have to do any effort.
But they never work I always fall below 250Vel and i've never found a good bhop script anywhere that is not detected and actually works good.
Anyone got some suggestions?

AHK scripts is a close as you will get to a "Good" Bhop script.
If you are using a real cheat the Bhops script will be a lot better but you can also get banned.
