Help, my internet has been slow lately and i think it's because of lag. can anyone help me with a lag reducer?

Download ccleaner. Set it to delete all temp files for windows and applications. Than close anything that uses your internet. If that doesnt speed things up a bit. Youve most likely got a virus.Get combofix and run it.
Do what wtf said but if that dont work could be:
A: Bad/Slow Internet Connection
B: Your PC's Old(If this is the case download google chrome. It works good

)dial up is old you know, they have ADSL+2 now, mayby you should invest in that
