lvl 1 again

how i get back to lvl 1??because i did directly made prestige 10 but i want 3 now,but it does not work i change it to prestige 3 but it always goes back when i restart mw2. i also tried to make lvl 1 with the same hack and than prestige 3 prestige, but prestige 10 appears again . WHY??? can so tell me how i can change?

SAme i restarted it to lv 1 and ranked up to 43 then the next day i logged in and back to lv 70 10th priestiege and you cant play with lv 70 prist.10 people KNOW your a hacker. i need a quick fix if nothing ima just Email Activision and ask for a stat reset cause i hacked it up.
