Sally Sells CShells.dll by the CShore.dll

Ugh, I am hating this, I have downloaded Combat Arms 2 times now and when it is doing the .dll files it isn't getting the last 2. I am now trying to old fashion download to the desktop and install from there method of downloading Combat Arms. It is now a 940mb download. I hope this works, if not does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to get Combat Arms working again?
