Hm..
You should stop using lens flare.
Other than that, it looks good except the goggles look a bit funky.

its not a lens flare, its one of energy's lighting effect thing, i used it in this one cause it brings the colour out in that corner

Make the "s[ace or cloud" effect thing blend with the boarder guy, Text needs to stand out more, maybe add a 1 px white border around the text.

i tweaked it a bit and this is what i got

2nd one in ur last post, 100x better, maybe add a 1 px white and 1 px purple border though, Purple over white though. Idk how that will turn out but, that might do the trick and finish the sig.
